A Case of Malignant Gastric Lymphoma in the Stomach

Abstract
|
|
|
A case of malignant lymphoma of the stomach is persented.
A 58 years-old male patient was admitted to this hospital with epigastric pain for about 1 years.
Physical finding on admission was within normal limit except moderate tenderness on the epigastric region.
The routine laboratory examination revealed no remarkable abnormalities.
The gastrofiberscopy showed malignant gastric ulcer and biopsy revealed malignant gastric lymphoma.
The total gastrectomy with gastrojejunostomy was performed.
The histopathologic examinarion of the resected-tumor mass revealed a diffuse mixed large and small cell malignant lymphoma.
